Shipping Address

Please verify that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to reroute or intercept packages.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Some items are available in-store, while others may need to be restocked from our trusted vendors before shipping. This allows us to offer a wider variety of styles and sizes to our customers.

If an item you ordered is temporarily unavailable or requires additional processing time, we will notify you by email.

Shipping & Delivery

Once your order has been processed, it will typically be delivered within 5–10 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number so you can monitor your package's delivery status.

Delivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package has been marked as "Delivered," but you have not received it, please allow one additional business day.

If your package still has not arrived, please contact your local shipping carrier or post office to file a claim. After doing so, please email us at plusbylashes@gmail.com so we are aware of the issue and can assist you whenever possible.
